Bartle Bogle Hegarty
Bartle Bogle Hegarty is one of the world’s most famous creative advertising agencies. Founded in 1982 by British ad men John Bartle, Nigel Bogle and John Hegarty, BBH has produced campaigns for many of the world’s most illustrious brands.
The heart of BBH’s offer is big brand ideas that endure. Audi, BBH’s founding client, is still running the Vorsprung durch technik campaign thirty years after its inception. Similarly, BBH’s twenty eight year relationship with Levi’s produced some of the world’s most iconic adverts year after year after year. These results are achieved by diligent digging for consumer insights and the relentless pursuit of the highest standards of creativity. To use Sir John Hegarty’s turn of phrase, BBH turns intelligence into magic.
Zag was born out of the desire to develop a new model for BBH. In 2006, Neil Munn joined to set up Zag as a brand invention business (with the objective of conceiving brands and launching them into market). Over the years Zag has evolved its model to “the brand consultancy that ventures”. This hybrid model gives Zag unique insight and skills which enable the very best creative solutions to business and brand challenges.
BBH has offices in London, New York, Sao Paolo, Singapore, Shanghai, Mumbai and Los Angeles. It employs a thousand staff and is owned by the Publicis Groupe.
