Neil is the CEO of ZAG and COO of BBH Globally, overseeing the development of the business in London and New York. Before joining BBH, Neil spent 16 years at Unilever running some of its biggest brands. In his last role, Neil was Global Brand Director on Axe – Unilever’s fastest growing brand, with sales of over $1bn. Throughout his career, Neil has worked in various parts of the world, helping Unilever establish beverages business
out of Paris.
Managing Partner, London
As Managing Partner of our London office, Adam oversees all of ZAG’s operations and investments in Europe – involved equally in both branding and venturing. He leads both Client relations and key ventures. Before joining ZAG in 2007, Adam worked for eight years at BBH on blue chip brands including Audi and ITV. As Global Business Director
on Vodafone he was responsible for brand strategy and communications campaigns
that ran across media and territories. He originally joined BBH back in 2000 after leaving Cambridge University with a First Class degree.
Director of Ventures, London
Anu works as entrepreneur-in-residence at ZAG and a non-executive advisor for several ventures. With an engineering and commercial background, Anu has worked within the mobile/digital media sectors as an entrepreneur, advisor and investor. His focus has been on early stage venturing where Anu has helped to operationally manage companies from the initial business development, venture funding through to exit.
Creative Director, London
Before joining ZAG, Richard worked at Rudd Studio creating and developing brands for the likes of Channel 4, Myspace, Teachers TV and the BBC. As ZAG’s Creative Director, Richard oversees projects to ensure strategy and aesthetics are aligned to create memorable, meaningful and powerful brands. He works creative ideas across digital and physical experiences, always pushing for business acuity, genuine insights and visually striking outcomes within design.
Will joined ZAG in 2014 as Business Director. He has a broad range of experience in marketing strategy and business development. Previous experience includes strategic consultancy for clients including News Corp, Spotify and Unilever; marketing strategy at Burberry; and 3 years as an entrepreneur trying to build the World’s best e-commerce platform for emerging contemporary art. Will holds an MBA from London Business School.
Senior Strategist, London
Aran is a Brand Strategist at ZAG. Aran joined ZAG in 2010 from Sparkler, a boutique brand consultancy in London. As a Senior Consultant at Sparkler, Aran oversaw global research and brand strategy for a number of the world’s leading media and technology brands including the BBC, Nokia and MTV. Prior to this Aran specialised in NPD and brand development for FMCG brands whilst at Research International. Aran has a First Class Honours Degree in Management Sciences from the University of Southampton.
Ventures Analyst, London
Jamie joined ZAG after completing the BBH Homegrown Scheme in 2013. Prior to this he worked at startup iV Platform providing voucher marketing solutions to brands like HTC and Ted Baker. Whilst studying, Jamie co-founded Ticket Text, an events management venture in Nottingham which is still in operation today. He has a BA in International Business and French from the University of Nottingham and IÉSEG School of Management in Lille, France.
Senior Designer, London
Cary joined ZAG in 2011 as a Graphic Designer. His passions lie very much at the heart of branding, their relationships with people through to their interactions emotionally, physically and digitally. Since joining ZAG he has produced work for clients Autographer, Arts Alliance Media and Money Dashboard, helping to deliver brands that create rich and engaging experiences. Prior to this he has worked with agencies such as The Partners, Figtree and Landor Associates for a broad range of clients from Vodafone, Sony, EE, HTC and Deloitte.
Senior Designer, London
Lucia uses design to solve problems and to create meaningful brand identities, products, stories, interactions and realities. She is particularly passionate about branding design, as she loves the challenge of turning big ideas into small yet powerful things. Lucia has worked at Open Studio, GOOD Magazine, Plaid and Sanderson Studio and has freelanced for various companies including StreetEasy, Pixable and Sephora. She is also the founder of Gesamtkunswerk, an art and design gallery and market in New York City. Lucia has an AAS from FIT and a BFA from Cooper Union School of Art – and a monkey named Monet.
Natalie joined ZAG in 2012, having recently graduated from Chelsea College of Art with a BA in Graphic Design Communication. She believes in thoughtful, provoking ideas-led design and has an interest in design for interaction, whether this be in the physical or digital world. Since joining ZAG she has produced work for clients Universal Music, Autographer, BBC and Philip Stein.
Josie joined the BBH ZAG team in 2013, shortly after graduating from Falmouth University with a BA in Graphic Design. Her interests lie within branding, exploring the user’s experience and relationship with a brand. Since joining the team she has produced work for startup brands Jiggster and Tailster.
